Beloved O Ministries Family,
Now that Thanksgiving is officially over, we move immediately into the CHRIST-mas season. Short testimony: In 2019, while shopping with a dear friend, I learned a little about ADVENT. I discovered Advent is like Lent and Pentecost; it is a CHRISTIAN season of waiting in expectation. Discovering Advent opened MY mind to why CHRIST-mas is my favorite time of the year. Advent begins on the fourth Sunday before Christmas day. It is defined as: “The coming or arrival, especially of something extremely important.”
What could be more important than the birth of our LORD and Saviour, JESUS CHRIST? The season of Advent is a season of four weeks prior to CHRIST-mas. There is a sentimental blessing attached to advent, instead of just hoping from Thanksgiving to celebrating CHRIST-mas. Advent intercedes and creates a sense of anticipation and wonder regarding CHRIST’s birth.
Advent is like Lent and Pentecost season; it focuses on celebrating ”JC”...JESUS CHRIST. THE BIRTH OF CHRIST! It's a time to educate yourself about the real meaning of the season. Whether you know it or not, there still are a lot of people who don't know the real meaning of religious observances that are celebrated.
Advent begins November 27, 2022, with preparation. Preparing for the next four Sundays prior to CHRIST-mas day.
Dear Heavenly FATHER,
Thank you for illuminating our quest for learning that CHRIST-mas is much more than just decorations, food, and gifts. Holy Spirit reset our mental facilities to gleam and retain how joyful and sacred celebrating CHRIST’s birth really is. -Amen, in JESUS' name.
"CHRISTIANS SHOULD BE THE CHRIST-mas SEASON ENCYCLOPEDIA."
