Minister Dr. Sharon Watson a native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She is the founder and Executive Servant Leader of O Ministries Inc., an author, international speaker, and mentor. Her ultimate passion is serving the body of Christ in all capacities through her Obedience Unto God.

Dr. Watson is a Widower, Mother of six, Grandmother of six, and a Great-Grandmother of two. Dr. Sharon attended Saintsville Church of God In Christ for 33 years under the leadership of the late Bishop J.N. Haynes, and while there, she served as President of the Young Christian Council for 14 years. She resigned with an outstanding record as a reformer, stellar organizer, mentor, motivator, and religious studies instructor.

Dr. Sharon taught in public schools on the elementary and middle school levels from 1979-1992. Over the course of her career, she was awarded the outstanding accolade of Teacher Of the Year of the George Washington Carver Learning Center for the 1991-92 school year. After resigning from public schools, she and her late husband opened and operated ChristianLand Preparatory Preschool for 23 years. She was awarded Preschool Director of the year during her tenure.

In 2004 Dr. Watson joyfully accepted God's call into ministry with her husband's approval. She later enrolled in Visions International School of Ministry, where she ultimately graduated with a Masters and Doctorate in Divinity with honors.

Additional professional and spiritual recognition for Dr. Watson includes: a Senior Ordained Chaplain, Executive Spiritual Mother to the Spiritual Daughters Ministry, and Founder and Overseer of the Verlia Hill-Kates-Whitehead weekly Prayerline.

As an international speaker, Dr. Sharon has served as the Key Note Speaker for Uganda, Africa's Women's Ministry Women Day program, collaboratively via zoom. As well as the Key Note speaker in Ghana, Africa at their Businessmen and Women Breakfast Meeting, she also serves as Chaplain for the Mothers Shut-In Ministry. Currently, she is Servant Leader of the Lighthouse Ministries and All Nations Church. She is in the process of organizing All Nations Prayer House Church, where she will serve as the pastor, in addition to mentoring, teaching, training, and writing inspirational blogs.
