Dr. Sharon Watson is a native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Education with a specialty in Special Education,  in 1976, from The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, she relocated to Dallas, Texas, to pursue her career in education. After 17 years of dedication to Dallas Public Schools, Dr. Watson, alongside her late husband of 31 years, sought a new branch of entrepreneurship in education, birthing ChristianLand Preparatory Preschool in 1995, which is still in current operation.

In 2004, Dr. Watson received a call from God to enter the ministry. Shortly after, she received her Master's and Doctoral degrees in Theology from Visions International University. Currently, she serves as Founder and Executive Servant Minister for O Ministries Incorporated. Dr. Watson still resides in Dallas, Texas, and is the mother of six children and grandmother of 5.
