“And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.” Hebrews 10:25 NLT

During the beginning of the pandemic, it was declared and decreed that doctors, nurses, teachers, fire officers, police officers, postal workers, and many more mandatory workers as Essential Workers. Essential is something that is absolutely necessary and extremely important. GATHERING FOR CHURCH IS ESSENTIAL. Wherever your church is, it is essential. Whether in a building or your home, online, on tv, or on Zoom, it is ESSENTIAL to Gather regularly together. The Bible is very clear when it encourages the Body of Christ…” not to neglect meeting together, as some people chose to do.”

I believe we are to Gather together in person regularly also. We are to encourage one another to gather so that we grow stronger together because we do not know when JESUS is coming back. Regularly assembling ourselves together helps to prepare you to be ready for JESUS’ return. Although there are many “local” churches, the Bible only speaks about one “universal” church, and that is the “Body of Christ.”

Those dear children who have repented of their sins confessed that JESUS is LORD and trust in Him alone for their salvation. These born-again believers are essential workers in the essential church. They Shepherd, Teach, Evangelize, Mentor, Counsel, and Pray consistently with all people. They understand the risk of spiritual harm when Christians do not meet together regularly is spiritually harmful. Therefore, let us re-analyze our nonchalant attitudes about Church not being essential.

Ignoring GOD’s inspired Word is violating His Holy Word.

Dear Heavenly FATHER,

Thank You for making gathering together to Worship You in a Church essential for the Body of Christ. -Amen, in JESUS' Matchless name.

Food For Thought:

“You never have to advertise a fire. Everyone comes running when there's a fire. Likewise, if your church is on fire, you will not have to advertise it. The community will already know it.” -Leonard Ravenhill
