Also, I set watchmen over you, saying,' Listen to the sound of the trumpet!' But they said, 'We will not listen.' Jeremiah 6:16-17. NKJV
Old paths refer to the ways of Faith and Obedience in your daily walk and lifestyle with the LORD. In case you have forgotten, "GOD DOES NOT CHANGE." JESUS walked the earth two thousand years ago, teaching and preaching the same old Holy Word. He did not change it; He fulfilled it. It is a fact that GOD'S Word will never change. Matthew 24:35(NKJV) reminds us, "Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away." The WORLD is constantly changing but GOD'S Word will never change. GOD'S world is filled with sin and rebellion, and it's all against the Great Almighty GOD, our loving Shepherd Father.
REPENTANCE UNTO GOD IS WHAT OUR WORLD NEEDS NOW
We need that old-time religion to be taught that does not dilute GOD's Word because the times are changing. I do not recall GOD saying to re-write His Holy Word and live by personal choices. It is time for every Evangelist, Minister, and Pastor to encourage the Body of Christ to repent and return to GOD'S Holy Word and ways. GOD hates sin because ALL sin is an act of disobedience unto Him. Obedience to GOD'S Word brings blessing. But "disobedience' breeds eternal punishment. And eternal punishment separates us from GOD. So, the Clarion call to all Ministry Leaders is let's return to teaching all sin is an abomination to GOD… let's teach GOD is Holy and righteous… let's teach GOD loves His dear children. He wants them to repent of their sins and accept and follow JESUS.
Remember: When we live a Holy, righteous, and God-fearing life filled with Obedience, our Blessings will increase, and eternal life will be our reward.

Thank You for being the GOD who does not change. We are your children, and if we live by your rules, we will have all your benefits. May the world stop, listen, and obey your Holy Word. -In JESUS's Name, Amen.
