Women’s History Month
A woman’s character is unlike any other aspect of a person; it is the core root of who she is. A great women leader, whether she is a Godly woman or an un-Godly woman, daily circumstances may change over a period of time. Still, her character is something that endures over a lifetime. All women have unique character traits. But, what’s the difference, or is there a difference between a successful women leader and a successful Godly women leader? Let’s look at six character traits of the un-confessing women of God that are successful women leaders.
Successful women leaders are assertive.
Successful women leaders are aggressive.
Successful women leaders show empathy.
Successful women leaders are self-assured.
Successful women leaders understand that taking care of themselves is key.
Successful women leaders are great at managing extreme levels of stress.
Great successful women leaders are mainly driven by their core beliefs.
As opposed to great Godly women who are driven and influenced by GOD, they, too, have six outstanding character traits.
Successful Godly women leaders have divine Courage and Kindness. (Psalm 23:4)
Successful Godly women leaders are Honest. (Luke 6:31)
Successful Godly women leaders Loyal. (Proverbs 21:21
Successful Godly women leaders have spiritual Joy. (Nehemiah 8:10)
Successful Godly women leaders have divine Wisdom. (Proverbs 11:2)
Successful Godly women leaders have unshakable Faith. (Matthew 21:22)
Is there a difference? Yes. Their Character.

Women’s History Month is a perfect time to check “your” women’s character traits registry and see if they are approved by GOD.
