“ Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you.”

~Matthew 28:18-20

In Part 1, we reflected on the words, “ROUND THEM UP.” This is not a call rooted in fear, control, or condemnation. It is a loving invitation from the heart of the Shepherd a call to gather the weary, the lost, the wounded, and those who have wandered far from the presence of GOD.

The LORD is reminding His people that every soul matters.

There are people who are searching for hope but do not know where to find it. There are people who are smiling in public but crying in private. There are people who once walked closely with GOD but became discouraged, disappointed, or wounded by life and the actions of others. There are people who have never truly encountered the love of JESUS CHRIST.

This is why GOD gave the instructions to “ROUND THEM UP.” Go beyond the Walls of the Church building.

The Body of Christ must not become so comfortable inside the walls of the building that it forgets the people outside of them. JESUS did not limit His ministry to the synagogue or to those who already understood the law. He went where the people were. He sat with the broken, touched the outcast, spoke with the rejected, and welcomed those whom society had pushed aside. The same thing “we” should be doing.

JESUS said. . .”For the Son of Man came to seek and save those who are lost.”

~Luke 19:10 NLT

The Body of Christ must look beyond its walls and reach the people in our families, neighborhoods, workplaces, and communities who need hope. People are not projects or numbers they are souls created in the image of GOD.

Let us obey the LORD and “ROUND THEM UP” with compassion, Prayer, righteous truth, humility, and unconditional love. Let us welcome those who are weary, wounded, confused, ashamed, and searching for the revelational light of JESUS. The Body of Christ should be a spiritual refuge place where people can encounter the healing, forgiveness, and saving grace of JESUS CHRIST.

Private Meditation: Let us ask ourselves. . .

• Who has GOD placed in my path to witness to?

• Who needs an invitation to return to JESUS?

• Who needs Prayer, encouragement, or a listening ear without judgement?

Remember:

GOD is saying: “ROUND THEM UP.” The intercessors, evangelists, teachers, encouragers, and servants who are more concerned about souls than recognition and will round up His lost children. This is not the hour to build personal platforms or separate kingdoms. It is time to build the kingdom of GOD and prepare people for the return of JESUS soon.

Prayer:

Dear Heavenly FATHER ,

Thank You for blowing the trumpet to round up your people. Holy Spirit help us to obey our heavenly FATHER’S command. Help us to be the remnant that enlarges the Kingdom of GOD in an impactful and obedient way. In JESUS’ Holy name, amen.
