" You have said terrible things about me,” says the Lord. But you say, “What do you mean? What have we said against you?”You have said, “What’s the use of serving God? What have we gained by obeying his commands or by trying to show the Lord of Heaven’s Armies that we are sorry for our sins? From now on we will call the arrogant blessed. For those who do evil get rich, and those who dare God to punish them suffer no harm.”Then those who feared the Lord spoke with each other, and the Lord listened to what they said. In his presence, a scroll of remembrance was written to record the names of those who feared him and always thought about the honor of his name. “They will be my people,” says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies. “On the day when I act in judgment, they will be my own special treasure. I will spare them as a father spares an obedient child. Then you will again see the difference between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve God and those who do not.”

ROOM THEM UP is an awakening summons to the Body of Christ. And GOD is still speaking. I clearly heard GOD say in the spirit…”BEWARE OF SOCIAL MEDIA. MANY OF THE PLATFORMS ARE WICKED AND VERY DANGEROUS. SOCIAL MEDIA IS JUST A CUP FULL OF WHO I AM. I AM THE FULLNESS, THIRST FOR THE THIRSTY, HUNGER FILLER TO MY HUNGRY PEOPLE'S MINDS, SOULS AND DESIRES.”

The danger of social media begins with a simple but urgent question: What has been feeding your heart more, the Word of God or the endless opinions, images, arguments, and trends online?Social media often presents an edited life, not the whole life. It can become a cup that appears full but leaves the soul hungry and thirsty. Many platforms offer a temporary unrighteous distraction, but GOD offers eternal abiding and satisfaction.

The sly and conniving enemy doesn’t always need to convince us to deny GOD openly. He knows he needs to keep us constantly scrolling, comparing, desiring, reacting, and craving more. The enemy knows that what enters our eyes and ears enters our thoughts. He knows what repeatedly occupies our thoughts can shape our desires. And what shapes our desires can eventually direct our lives.

This is exactly what GOD is talking about that is dangerous. Social media becomes dangerous when it causes comparison, feeds envy, draws us into division and constant offense, when it normalizes sin and vanity, when it becomes an idol, and we run to it before Prayer. It steals time from relationships and rest, and crowds our minds until it becomes difficult to hear the still, small voice of GOD.

GOD Remembers the Faithful. Even in a culture that questions Him and celebrates a lot of fake and wicked people. The good news is GOD still has a “remnant” of people who fear Him. I am one of them, Are you? Make no mistake about it GOD sees the person who chooses Prayer, Praise and Worship instead of endless scrolling. He sees the person who closes an app because the content is affecting their peace and infecting their Holiness unto Him. The world says, “Show yourself. Promote yourself.” But GOD says, “You are Mine.” The world says, “Keep looking for more.” GOD says, “I am enough.”When GOD becomes our fullness, social media loses its power to affect and define us.

Remember:

As we “Round Them UP” we can use SOCIAL MEDIA without being used by it, because real life is found in JESUS CHRIST.

Prayer:

Dear Heavenly FATHER ,

Thank you for wisdom and discernment concerning social media. Holy Spirit help us to see where it is a distraction, an idol, or an unhealthy indulgence cup in our life. Guard our minds, eyes, emotions, and our desires. Please help us not to seek validation from people when You have already called us Your dear children. Thank You for filling the empty places in our hearts with Your Word, Your peace, Your love, Your plan, Your purpose and Your will. Let our lives reflect that You alone are the fullness of our mind, body, and soul.
