Prayer-walking. Are you a prayer-walker?
Quick testimony: I told GOD I wanted to be known as a woman of Prayer. The desire to be a woman of prayer is derived from the dedication and diligence of the Prophetess Anna in the gospel of Luke chapter two. Anna's dedication to GOD afforded her to see and witness JESUS' as the long-awaited messiah. To me, that is the earthly reward for praying without ceasing, fasting, and praying constantly.
Signs, miracles, and wonders follow those who prayer-walk constantly. Prayer-walking is the practice of praying wherever you are; it's praying as you walk. Prophetess Anna stayed in the temple day and night, and she walked throughout the temple praying prayers of intercession daily. Imagine being a prayer-walker every day, 24-7.
Being a prayer-walking woman or man means you have decided to dedicate yourself to constant, consistent prayer. Mind-blowing things occur at this level. One of the most extraordinary things that happen in the hearts of those who choose to be consistent prayer-walkers is that their heart becomes committed to the places and people they have prayed for.
Remember:
Sincere prayer-walkers develop a Holy Spirit-tenderized heart, sensitized to a Spirit-directed need that results in Spirit-filled acts of compassion and love.
