For we walk by faith, not by sight [living our lives in a manner consistent with our confident belief in God’s promises] -2 Corinthians 5:7 AMP

Day 23 of 61 Expanded. Glory Hallelujah to the month of Spiritual Blessings. During November GOD is teaching His people to walk by FATIH and not by sight. GOD knows if you see it, it’s not FAITH. He knows FAITH is not seeing it but trusting that what you believe will come into fruition. FAITH doesn’t allow visible circumstances to dictate your spiritual decisions. FAITH is when you follow GOD’S Word even when your feelings disagree.
FAITH says choose GOD’S truth over your natural perception, even when you cannot see the entire path. FAITH says GOD will provide the light for the next step, not the whole journey. Just like the father of FAITH, Abraham did. “By faith Abraham obeyed… and he went out, not knowing where he was going.”(Hebrews 11:8.) Abraham’s quick obedience was the evidence that his FAITH in GOD was alive. He stepped out, not knowing where he was going. He did not have a map or explanations.
Abraham only heard GOD’S voice and obeyed; he truly modeled blind FAITH. And Abraham managed to remain calm and steady during his long waiting seasons. He knew FAITH knows that delays are not denials. He knew FAITH is not positive thinking, but it is GOD-dependent. When you feel weak, FAITH says, “GOD’S strength is enough.” And, the message to us today is…When fear speaks problems we should let our FAITH speak GOD has already promised back. Your confession can either fuel your FAITH or strengthen fear. 1 John 5:4 reminds us, “This is the victory that overcomes the world, our faith.”

Remember:
FAITH doesn’t guarantee a life without battles, but it guarantees you won’t fight alone. FAITH knows that GOD prepares you while He prepares the promise.
Prayer:
Dear Heavenly FATHER,
Thank you for your great daily faithfulness to us, your dear beloved children. Thank you for being our faithful anchor that keeps us safe and unharmed in everything we do and every place we go. For Your faithfulness outweighs our fear, and we thank You.
