“And the Lord said to Joshua: “See! I have given Jericho into your hand, its king, and the mighty men of valor. 3 You shall march around the city, all you men of war; you shall go all around the city once. This you shall do six days.” Joshua 6:2-3

Many times, PROMISES are made but not fulfilled. JESUS made a PROMISE that was not delayed or hindered by the enemy. Apostle Luke wrote about the last PROMISE, JESUS made to his disciples about the coming of Pentecost. Luke wrote, “And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, “which,” He said, “you have heard from Me; for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.”(Acts 1:4-5) “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:8.)

Just as JESUS said it would happen, it did. The Bible says when the PROMISED Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all in one accord in one place. And suddenly, there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind; it filled the whole room where they were sitting.

Then suddenly, different tongues, like fire, sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the “Holy Spirit” and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. Because they all OBEYED, they all received the fulfillment of the PROMISE that JESUS made. That same PROMISE is still active today if we desire it. Hallelujah and amen for the “Glory Grace Presence “ of Holy Pentecost today.

“For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly.” Psalm 84:11
