SUBJECT: “UNLOAD YOUR OVERLOAD” PT. 2

“For each one will bear his own load.” Galatians 6:5.

IF you follow O. Ministries Inc. on Facebook, you are aware of the mid-week manna on Wednesdays at 12:00 p.m. Last Wednesday’s subject is today’s subject. I am inspired to expound more on this subject because GOD continuously shows me the Body Of Christ is OVERLOADED. And, most of the overloads are not GOD ordained. They are the inability to just say NO. As ministry leaders, we take on too much before praying and checking our ministry schedules. It’s like ministering with a candle burning at both ends. And, that's called “over-committed.” Over-committed projects make your body and mind scream ENOUGH already. Not only that, but GOD is looking and wondering when will you COMMIT to what He has called you to do. Be aware that ministry overload affects everyone at some point or another. We understand that there are NO superheroes or heroines in life. We all should be depending on GOD. When you stop depending on GOD, the who called you, ordained you- to go, and sent you, your LOAD will NOT be OVERLOADED.

How can you unload your overload?

First, accept you don’t have all the answers, and YOU can not save the world. Second, know when your body is saying that's enough; take a break, and take a spiritual sabbatical. Third, be prepared for people not to understand. Just know and stay focused on what GOD knows. And fourth, the enemy will try to rob you with lies like you you’re just lazy and uncaring. But don't listen to those lies. You must keep listening to your spiritual body and soul saying BREAK TIME.

While you are on your spiritual break, do your spiritual homework. Tune in to GOD. Seek Him and ask him what is it that He wants you to do? Don’t be surprised if He says to you “NOTHING” for now. It might be a time GOD wants you to stop and focus on yourself and how did you get to where you are.

Last, it's hard to ADMIT when you need help, it's hard to listen and obey your spiritual mentor or coach, and it's hard to see it all falling apart because listening and obeying is not what we want to do.

Remember:

If you don’t unload your overload, it will overload your spiritual circuits.

Prayer:

Dear Heavenly FATHER,

Thank you, Father, for teaching us how to recognize our loads. Those that are from you and the ones that are not. Father, we thank you for giving us the spiritual strength through you that the Holy Spirit fuels all our loads. -Amen in JESUS name.

O. M. Nugget:

“GOD’S LOAD IS NEVER AN OVERLOAD.”

Food For Thought:

“The best approach when things are beyond your control is to shrug it off and trust God to work things out for your good (see Romans 8:28).” -Joyce Myer.
